Working Principle

This series grinder smashes materials by comprehensively applying the impact force, shear force, ultrasonic eddy as well as high-frequency vibration generated by the blades. Under negative pressure, the materials are inhaled into the grinding chamber from the feeding port. With the intensive airflow amongst the blades and modules, impacting, shearing and grinding will be realized. The materials are kept for a short while inside the interior of the machine since the airflow would take away the heat inside the grinding chamber instantly and avoid accumulating heat generated during the grinding process. Temperature rise of materials caused by excessive grinding could be avoided in this way. After the grinding process, the powder will be brought into the collector for categorization under the impact of the negative pressure and discharged through the blow-off valve. The collecting device is able to be optionally adjusted around the main machine based on the operational site of the users.
