AAC Production Line

First : Thchnological Flow of Production Autoclave Aerated Concrete 

Second : Ingredient pouring

1.Batching floor

Use:measure each raw material,after milling,use pouring machine for pouring.

2.Curing

3.Pour mixer

Use:The pouring mixer is a mixing machine fixed on top of the block mould whose function is to mix material thoroughly before pouring so that they can made into AAC blocks.

4.Mould

Use:Slurry could be held in the combining of mould and side plate.After curing it would be soidified into block.The side plate could load the block which shall be cut by cutting machine and feed into autoclave to be hardened together with the trolley. 

5.Side plate

Use: The mould and side harden and can shut the splendid attire pour the material thick liquid, put and maintain the solidification of foaming base body quietly , the side board bears the weight of the base body and carries on cutting, one yard of shelves , steaming raising again at the same time . Is it raise car to bear the weight of base body (with side board ) is it is it keep means of delivery of cauldron to steam to pass in and out to steam 

Third:Overturn-cutting

1.Step moblie(fixed) cutting machine

2.Tilting plate machine

Use:After block wa cut,the tilting  table turns it 90 degree, and remove the waste slurry that at the bottom of block.It can increase the usage rate.

3.Tilting hoister

Use: Upset hoist make base body (bring mould , side board) in sky 90 of upset, is it is it cut platform or cut car to put to hang, the drawing of patterns is cut . In addition carry on group mould mould frame and side board that return that drawing of patterns get off, is it transport to pour carriage return pour circulation on the line to hang.

4.Semi-finished  hoister

Use:After cutting,semi-product hoist carry block to harden car for marshaling 

5.Vacuum suction hood

Use:After cutting,the waste slurry at the top shall be removed by vacuum,so the use ratio raise up. 

6.Hardening car

Use:The trolley is a carrier to carry the side plate and blank to cutter and leave autoclave

Forth:Finished Product Out Of Autoclave

1.Seperator

Use:The separator is a special machine whose function is to separator the plaste block into piece,in order to be transfered and used.

2.Finished product hoister

Use:Carry the finished-product to packing line after autoclave,making final package.
