Introduction of Ring Hammer Crusher

Ring Hammer Crusher is suitable for crushing various brittle materials, such as coal, gangue, coke, slay, shale and loose lime stone etc. Whose compressive resistance no exceeds 10Mpa and the surfacemoisture content should not be greater than 8%.

Working Principle of Single-stage Crusher

The motor drives the rotor rotate the hammer crusher with high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are a series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the hammer crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the hammer crusher for being recrushed until they reached the required size. This machine can be adjusted according to user space grate section, change the particle size, to meet the different needs of different users.

Application

The ring hammer crusher is used for crushing various fragile materials which are moderately hard and have weak corrosivity, such as gangue, coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, tile, limestone, coke, red sandstone, slag, shale, etc. Both dry crushing and wet crushing are available. The ring hammer crusher can also be applied for crushing fiber structure, scrap wood which has strong elasticity and toughness, waste paper, broken asbestos cement, etc.
