Operating Preinciple 

According to the demand of high temperature and less dusts, based on traditional combustion methods, MBL coal burner adopts briquette smoke prevention and gasifying principle, improves the chain grate and air inlet structure. 

As the figure shows, bituminous coal (soft coal) is fed into coal hopper through coal feeder. The coal at a certain height is delivered into burning herth of coal burner by chain grate. Combustion air is sent into coal burner by hot flue gas jets from outlet of coal burner. Cinder is directly discharged into cinder pool or hopper of cinder conveyor. 

MBL coal burner has such characteristicss that combustion temperature is high and stable, coal burns adeqately, heat efficiency is high; flame length can be adjusted, flame is very clean. It is suitable for different type of furnace, and widely used. It is suitable for different tye of furnace and widely used. Exhausts reach the standard of environmental protection.
