HUP-100 HEUI test bench

HUP-100 High Pressure Oil Pump Tester is an add-on equipment to test high pressure oil pump (HPOP) on CAT HEUI engines. The HPOP pump is driven by a traditional diesel high pressure pump test bench. HUP-100 provides oil supply, controls the oil actuation pressure from the HPOP pump, and measure the oil flow rate.

To test a High pressure oil pump for Caterpillar HEUI engines.

• A target Caterpillar HEUI HPOP pump is driven by a traditional diesel high pressure pump test bench.
  • Mounting bracket and shaft coupling for CAT C&/C9 actuation pump are provided

• The HUP-100 tester is an add-on equipment

    • Quick connection port on the side panel to feed oil to the target HPOP pump

    • High pressure oil flow from the target HPOP pump output via. a quick connection port on HUP-100 side panel

    • Flow meter at downstream of the pressure regulator

    • Heat exchanger with cooling fan to cool the hot oil before flowing back to oil tank

  • Oil Temperature controller

    • Set target oil temperature

    • Control ON/OFF for the cooling fan

    • Variable PWM signal to driver solenoid on the CAT HEUI HPOP pump, 0-100%
