Application

The HUS-2000 is a full functioned test bench to test up to four HEUI injectors for the following engines

• Navistar T444E, DT466E,  I530E  Ford 7.3L PowerStroke,  Caterpillar 3126B
• Caterpillar  3408/3412
• Caterpillar  C7/C9
• Ford 6.0L PowerStroke Engine HEUI Injectors

Function 

• Measurement fuel delivery of four HEUI injectors
• Sealing test for injector upper seat of the solenoid control valve 
• Detect the leakage of injection fuel to actuation oil

• AC Power: 3–Phase, 380V/50Hz or 230V/60Hz or 460V/60Hz
• 7.5kW AC Induction Motor
• Actuation Pump Pressure: 0~3000psi (0~210bar)
• Low Pressure Test Oil Supply: 0~60psi (0~4bar)
• Test Oil Tank Capacity: 10.5US gallons (40 liters)
• Test Oil Temperature Control 
  • Range: 30~50℃
  • Accuracy: +/- 1℃

The HUS-2000 is designed to run on single kind of test oil for both oil injection and high pressure actuation to HEUI injectors.

• The test oil should meet ISO4113 standard.
• Injection Quantity Measurement: Two Groups of 4 Graduates,  45/150cc
• Test Oil Filtration: 5µm, Full Flow
