1. CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE

YQSP series oil free scroll vacuum pump is constructed with fixed scrolls, orbiting scroll, main shaft, cooling fans, crank shaft kits, and bracket.
Its’ operating principle is based on two spiral cylinders, one offset and orbiting against the other with an offset of 180°. Thus several crescent-shaped pockets of differing sizes are created. By means of an eccentric drive, the orbiting scroll is made to orbit about the fixed scroll, reducing the volume of the pockets and compressing gases from the outside towards the inside thereby pumping the gases from vacuum chamber.

2. ADVANTAGE

(1) Provide clean vacuum environment
      Provide oil free clean vacuum and discharge, no any back migration fluid, guarantees clean vacuum environment.
(2) Wider vacuum range, higher ultimate vacuum level, and higher pumping speed
   Pumping from atmosphere to ultimate vacuum level in minutes. Suitable for repeated switch on/off operation.
(3) Low noise, less vibration; higher efficiency, less power consumption
     Suction, compression, and discharge are processed continuously, results in minimum pressure pulsation, less vibration and low noise. Inlet and exhaust are separated, gas pockets are efficiently sealed, ensures minimum gas leak or back migration.
(4) Virtually maintenance free
   No oil or water in gas line, no need daily maintenance.
(5) Provide technical service
      Provide technical service and normal maintenance, supply customer order maintenance kits and tip seal fabrication.
