Principle:

• Dry scroll vacuum pump is composed of two involutes spiral curve disk , namely one static scroll disk and one moving scroll disk. Moving scroll disk is eccentrical installed within the pump. Static scroll disk and moving scroll disk could form crescent cavity. As moving scroll disk rotating, crescent cavity continue direct  to inside and whirling and compressing, finally exhaust to outlet from the middle pipe. Moving scroll disk continues to rotate, gas continue to entry from inlet and to exhaust from the outlet, so that come into vacuum.
