General Features of Cold Storage Panel

Auto Roll-milling Forming
Full sets of imported equipments guarantee the precision of the dimensions of PU cold storage panels. The length, width and thickness of the panels are adjustable. The density, hardness and cubic content of PU hard bubbles inside are evenly distributed.

Types of materials for Cold Storage Panel

Divided according to base metals:
Color coating steel plate, resin steel plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, etc..

The upper and lower surface are respectively painted twice and baked twice, which is good for anti-corrosion, scratch resistance and machine shaping, as well as resistance to acid, alkali and oil. The application temperature is -50C to +70C.

Divided according to painting materials:
polyester varnish, silicone modified polyester varnish, PVDF, high-durability polyester, etc..

Specifications of Cold Storage Panel
Height
Standard heights: 1800, 2200, 2700, 3200, 3600, 4500, 5400, 6300, 7200, 8100, 13000. The chart on the right is showing the standard heights of PU cold storage panels. We can manufacture and supply for you the panels in the height between 500mm and 13000mm according to your requirements.

Width
The standard widths of eccentrically-hooked PU cold storage panels are 960mm and 980mm, and we can also manufacture for you the panels in the width between 200mm and 1350mm.
The standard width of labyrinth panels is 1100mm.

Thickness
Optional thickness: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm and 200mm
Optional width: 200mm to 1350mm
Optional height: 500mm to 13000mm

The forms an figures on the right are resulted from the testing of standard PU cold storage panels. The standard panel samples are composed of two 0.6mm thick color steel plates and high pressure formed polyurethane which is 40kg/m3 in density.
