Q1. Can I have a sample order for the paint?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3~7 days for order according to the quantity.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for the paint?

A: YES. For most items, MOQ is 500 kg, natural stone paint is 1000kg.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For mass production, we usually ship by sea; for the samples, we usually ship by DHL, UPS and Fedex.

Q5. Is there any after-service after official order shipped?

A: Yes. We can provide professional training of application to our customers by skilled paint master. And the solution and advice for your painting mistake is available also.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on my product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: What is the general coating system?

A: The best coating system is as below:

wall putty paint(1~2 layers), then anti-alkali primer(1 layer), and the final topcoat(1~3 layers)

Q8: Can you offer the product according to our country standard?

A: Yes, we can customized the paint, and get tested based on the standard of your country.

Q9: Do i need surface preparation before painting?

A: Yes. The detail is as below.

Remove all loose, peeling paint.

Remove dirt and grease with a concrete & masonry degreaser & cleaner product.

Remove mildew stains with a mildew stain removing product.

Sand patched or rough surfaces smooth by use 120-grit sandpaper.

Q10. What kind of problems will face in paint application?

A: Several common questions are as follow:

Peeling Off: the reason for the peeling-off paint is often an improperly prepared surface, poor quality of putty and primer, and moisture seeping through from the wall to the paint surface.

Bubbling & blisters: Blisters are caused when the newly applied paint detaches from the surface beneath for one reason or another. The blisters look rather like pox on a face and are unsightly bumps on the smooth paint surface. The blisters can be caused by heat, moisture, incompatibility and more. Here are ways you can avoid paint blisters.

Chalking: wall loose, excess water or when the temperature is below the application requirement;

Crack: wall (or substrate) cracking, is by the use of poor quality putty;   

Fade: the wall was not full dry, and the wall was too alkaline, mainly caused by paint quality problem.

Q11. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using brush or roller?

 A. Roller Cover: Easy to use, higher quality and seamless finish with faster and simpler clean-up, different size available for different area. The disadvantage is hard to paint irregular shaped objects.

Brush: Easy to paint objects of any shape. The disadvantage is inefficient, labor-intensive, general decorative properties.
