Silk construction steps:

A. Plan construction:

1) According to the Qualified of Product proportion, add 9% of water and mix the material for 5 minutes, then add another 1% of the water,to adjust the dynamic viscosity.

2) Confirm the venture: Roll or spray. Use the plastic putty knife to polish the surface before drying the surface.

B. Screen printing construction:

1) Design the model of the screen;

2) Finish cleaning,dust moving, decontamination the basic wall, then prepare the diatom ooze.

3) Roll the diatom material for twice, polish with putty knife before it’s dry;

4) Draw the flower design according to the Screen printing model with Pencil,then fix the screen printing model on the wall with fiber glue or gummed paper.

5) Another worker fix the model on the wall if the printing design is simple, cover the newspaper to keep the other place clean.

6) Clean and dry the model if need to use it again..

7) After taking of the model, should polish the surface with plastic putty knife,to avoid the the power fall off. 8) To clean the pencil drawing area with eraser. If using fiber pulp to, the surface have to be dry absolutely, then spray some water,to dissolve the fiber pulp to the water, then brush it with wet towel.

C. Wallpaper construction:

1) Carton model

A) If the design of background wall should construct as “B”shape, may use the pencil to draw out the design.

B) Two workers construct it at the same time,to clean the the model after printing every area.

C) Before the wall is dry,to polish the surface to avoid the powder falling down.

2) Wallpaper model construction:

A) To prepare some models, use the laser level meter to fix on the wall;

B) It needs three workers when construct,and pay attention to the public area.

C) During construction, one of the worker fix the model on the wall,another worker scrape the material.

D) The other worker wash the model and polish the finish. E) If the conner can not use the model to scrape the material on the wall,should use the paper model. Reference dosage: 3-4kg/m²
