Application:

It is used for extracting, concentrating, solvent recovery and aromatic oil collection for medicinal herb and many plants.

Features:

It is including extracting tank, single-effect external circulation concentrator together with other auxiliary equipments. It is combining exacting, condensation, solvent recovery function with features of compact structure and easy operation.

The plant is with complete function which is suitable for water or alcohol extraction. It’s available to work under normal pressure or negative pressure, it also be used for Essential Oil recovery. It is equipped with vacuum converter and control box, easy for operation. Can be used for normal temperature extraction/ low temperature condensation, or normal temperature extraction/normal temperature condensation, or low temperature extraction/low temperature condensation etc.

The oil water separator are composed by two glass containers, it makes oil water separation to be in longer time with good result. Use glass container for easy observation.

Use condensation by gravitational flow in high position during extraction. The distilled water is returned back to the exacting tank. The whole process of extracting and condensation will be last for about 4 - 6 hours. It can reduce the loss of steam and solvent as well as operation time.

The recovered high concentration solvent goes to alcohol preparation tank, used as solvent in alcohol precipitate or extracting tank. Low concentration solvent goes to low density alcohol storage tank. The discharging of the solvent will be controlled by control box to make the discharging automatically to save labor and raise the solvent utilization ratio.
