Wall-scraping mixer is suitable for all kinds of ingredients. Floating scraper effectively resolve non-homogenous problem of inside and outside during cream production.

Rev. 20 - 140rpm, stepless speed adjustable. Digital display of the actual revolution. With convenient cleaning for the upper homogenous structure.

Description:

1,Equip the emulsifier with oil and water heating and mixing tank if the capability is over 30L.

2,ZT-C Series of emulsifiers are the Extra high-speed torrential melting device.

3,If the capability is over 150L, operating platform is necessary.

4,The actual Max. processing material capability is the 80% of the main tank’s capacity.

5,Rotation speed of the mixer is stepless adjustable.

6,There are top and lower type homogenizers.

7,Output Discharging Manner:

1)output by pneumatic pressure(with non-oil compressed air device).

2) Main tank tilting discharging.

3) hydraulic removing the tank cover and tilting the tank and discharging.
