Quick freezer  CONSTRUCTION:
The Quick freezer  is included freezing chamber , refrigeration unit, trolleys, slope .

The Quick freezer  freezing chamber is constructed of polished type 304 stainless steel, with 2" of CFC-free, high density polyurethane insulation 120mm. The door is equipped with a removable magnetic gasket. The door is with magnetism,which can be auto close .

Quick freezer  Refrigeration Unit :

The self-contained refrigeration system includes a condensing unit using R-404A refrigerant. The compressor is a semi- hermetic type with inherent overload protection.

There are two design for our Quick freezer  refrigeration unit installation :

A: Quick freezer  Refrigeration Unit can be installed at the top on the Blast freezer (built-in type refrigeration uint) ,
B: Quick freezer  refrigeration unit can be aside the freezing chamber or or installed separate from the Blast freezer ( split refrigeration unit , stand free )
