The Blast freezer is included freezing chamber , refrigeration unit, trolleys, slope .

The Blast freezer freezing chamber is constructed of polished type 304 stainless steel, with 2" of CFC-free, high density polyurethane insulation 120mm. The door is equipped with a removable magnetic gasket. The door is with magnetism,which can be auto close .

The self-contained refrigeration system includes a condensing unit using R-404A refrigerant. The compressor is a twin-stage type with inherent overload protection which is powerful and energy-efficient.There are Germany Bitzer,America Copeland and France Tecumseh for optional.

There are two design for the  blast freezer / quick freeze machine  refrigeration unit installation :
A: The Blast freezer Refrigeration Unit can be installed at the top on the Blast freezer (built-in type refrigeration uint) ,
B: The Blast freezer refrigeration unit can be aside the freezing chamber or or installed separate from the Blast freezer ( split refrigeration unit , stand free )
