Product Description

Low Working Temperature Positioning Adhesive for Female Napkin
Application	801W is designed for low temperature requested hygiene product: diaper construction bonding, etc.
Feature	Light color, good performance in low operation temperature, excellent anti-aging properties, strong peeling strength, low carbonation, excellent effect in bonding between the non-woven fabric and back film without crumple.
Appearance	Yellowish-transparent
Viscosity	800±200cps @160°C 1300±300cps @150°C 2100±500cps @140°C 3000±700cps @130°C 4000±800cps @120°C
Softening point	73±5°C
Usage guidance	1. Suggested operation temperature: 120°C-140°C. 2. Suggested tooling method: hot-melt spray nozzle or blade coating systems. 3. Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120°C. Then flush it with the same type adhesive below 170°C.
