Raw Materials:

Configuration of 2015 complete new full automatic dry mortar production line, dry mortar plant

1.  The screw conveyor system: conveying sand, cement, fly ash when automatic batching.

2.  bucket elevator: lift materials pre-mixing silo.

3. Twin shaft nongravity mixer: mix material uniformly, special paddle sets used for mixing fiber. Big double doors accelerate material discharge uniformly, paddle sets are optional as per different material.

4. Finished product silo: store finished material with secondary mixing for package. Finished product silo is available for connecting automatic metering packer and manual discharging valve.

5. Automatic weighing packer: Automatically weighing and packing finished product in high accuracy.

6. Pulse de-dust: absorb the dust during production process, mainly used for de-dust from material in-charge hopper and packer

7. Control cabinet: includes instrumentation and PLC control for controlling electrical switch of the whole production lines.

8. Compressor: Produce compressed air for the whole air compressing system

Working principle of full automatic dry mixed mortar production line:

According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins. Cement and flyash will be filled to the silos by pump truck, then the cement, sand, flyash and additives will be conveyed to the metering and batching system for dosing, the material in which will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin, and then fed into the high-efficiency biaxial agravic-mixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed.

Moreover, there is design with automatic rationing and packaging machine at the bottom of finished products bin, allowing for synchronous auto-packaging operation. Featured with easy and convenient operation, high efficiency, it can both obviously reduce labor intensity and effectively reduce dust pollution.
