Features

W-Cu(Ag)products of various specification and shapes with a wide range of copper (silver) content can be produced alternatively by press-sintering, direct infiltration, infiltrating copper(silver) into high temperature sintered or activated sintered skeleton based on applications. The composites such produced are of high purity and homogeneous microstructure with superior performances as follows:

1. Excellent arc erosion resistant and anti-fusion ability.

2. Good electric and heat conductivity.

3. Low thermal expansion coefficient, matching with semiconductor, ceramics and Kovar alloys.
