DENYKEM  GLUCANASE POULTRY/SWINE is an enzyme preparation produced using a strain of Trichoderma reesei. Its main activity is ß-glucanase. It also contains other activities such as cellulose (endo-1,4-ß-glucanase), endo-xylanase and amyloglucosidase which make the preparation very efficient in the digestion of plant material.

The key enzyme activity endo-1,3 (4) beta-glucanase enables specific breakdown of cell wall structures such as insoluble and soluble beta-glucans primarily found in barley and oat as well as in by-products generated from processing these grains.

DENYKEM  GLUCANASE POULTRY/SWINE can effectively decompose the energy of grain, improve grain utilization, improve the animal daily gain and higher feed conversion rates and reduce animal manure dry matter excretion.

Mode of action and benefits in poultry

ECONASE Barley has a positive influence on broiler performance when fed diets

based mainly on barley, some with reasonable amounts of wheat. Due to the effective

decrease of digesta viscosity and increased nutrient digestibility, feed conversion ratio (FCR) was improved by 2.4 to 6.9%.

For poultry /pig diets including more than 15% barley/corn/wheat, the recommended beta-glucanase dose rate is:

Pelleting stability

DENYKEM GLUCANASE POULTRY/SWINE withstands normal pelleting conditions if not exposed to prolonged heat treatment such as conditioning. When using high temperatures during feed manufacturing it is recommended to spray denykem liquid on the pellets in order to avoid major activity losses.

Packaging and Storage

Keep in dry warehouse, at an optimum temperature of 20 degrees is recommended. The annual loss of activity is no more than 10% in correct storage conditions.

Standard Package: Packaging in 1 kg or 10kg polyester bags and 50kg sealed drums.
