“Huatian” HT-NHJ series of Kneader are available with numerous models and with multiple functions. They have very wide applications and are particularly suitable for mixing,kneading,smashing,stirring,vulcanizing and re-polymerizing of   chewing gum,fire retardant,"space sand"(also called kinetic sand or toy sand),butyl rubber,plastics,silicon rubber,dyestuff,pigments,printing ink,food gum,high viscosity sealant ,high elastic-plastic materials. They have features of mixing uniformity,no dead angle and high kneading efficiency etc.

This series of kneaders use a kind of nanoscale synthetic material which is invented by ourselves and possesses higher abrasion resistance,higher elasticity,higher stability and higher corrosion resistance. It also possesses auto repair and auto regulating effect,hence can greatly reduce friction coefficient to attain superb airtight effect,thus enormously prolongs the service life of equipment. “Huatian”is a pioneer that adopts the new material in kneader at home and abroad. Our kneader series possess independent intellectual rights and have passed CE certification and also have obtained state owned invention patent.

Installation:

Usually the installation of equipment will be done by the customer themselves according to our detailed operation manual. We may also send our engineer(s) to facilitate our customer for the installation,correct operation of the equipment and staff training with expenses like return ticket,board and lodging to be borne by the customer.

Warranty:

We provide our customer with one year of guarantee starting from commissioning of equipment,but not exceeding three months after B/L date.
