Filter Cartridge Making Machine:

1. PP melt blown filter making machine. It’s raw material is 100% New Drawing-class pp         polypropylene.

2. PP string wound filter making machine. It’s raw material is PP yarn.

Filter Cartridge:

1.PP melt blown filter cartridge ,which is made of  100% New Drawing-class Polypropylene 

2.PP string wound filter cartridge, which is made of PP yarn.

PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge Machine (URB-3) includes: 

1 PP melt blown filter cartridge (URB-3) production line includes:

3 Extruder; 3 Mold; 3  Atuo feeder; 3 Air Heater;

1 Roots Blower;  1 Auto Blower connected from Heater;

1 Receiving Machine&Auto Center; 1 Small Controller;

1 Cleaning Machine for cleaning the mold.

AS WELL AS

1 Grooving Machine: make grooves on surface of PP cartridge (10" length of PP cartridge)

1 Carving  Machine: make dots or keyholes on surface of PP cartridge

1 Dryer Blower:    pre-heat the receiving device only

Newly designed parts

 We have used Roots Blower instead of Air Compressor and Air Tank. Roots Blower costs 11kw and Air Compressor costs 15kw, so it will save much power by selecting Roots Blower as an alternative choice. Especially for long-term consideration, Roots Blower are beneficial to saving money during the process of maintance.

***PS: Even though, still there are some customers who prefer to use air compressor, because they think the roots blower is easy to break or they insist that the product from air compressor is better than roots blower. So different customers have different opinions on this. It is mainly up to you.

Training:

 1. Train your delegates(1~3person) for 7~14 days in our factory until they have known how to operate by themselves. We are responsible for eating. 

2. Our engineers will go to your factory to install and teach your operators 7~10 days. Your company shall prepare air tickets(go and back) &hotel &eating when he is working and total salary is $1000. 

**We suggest customers study at our factory firstly, and then our engineer goes to your factory if you still demand.
