Product Introduction
Activated carbon filter is made by high-quality fruit shell carbon and coal activated carbon as raw material, as well as food grade adhesive, with high technology and special technique. It combines the adsorption, filtration, interception and catalysis functions together. It can effectively remove the organic matter, residual chlorine and other radioactive substances in the water, and it also can decolor and remove the peculiar smell. It is an ideal new generation products in the air purification industry.

Two kinds of the product
1. Compression type activated carbon filter: Use coal activated carbon and cocoanut active carbon of high adsorption as the raw material, as well as food grade adhesive, then sinter and compress them. There are non-woven fabric that wrapped in the inner side and out side of carbon filter, to ensure that the carbon powder won't drop into water. The carbon filter has soft nitrile butadiene rubber gasket at both ends, to make the carbon filter and cartridge assemble well.
2. Bulk type activated carbon filter: The manufacturing principle of bulk type activated carbon filter is as following. Put the activated carbon particles in the special plastic shell. Weld the cover by welding equipment at both ends of the shell. Put non-woven fabric at two ends of the shell, to ensure that the carbon powder won’t go into water and water won’t become black. According to the customers' requirements, the cover of shell can be made into different types to match different connectors. Such as, flat type, pipe type (types are: 4042, 4044, 4046, etc.).
