Product Description
medical distilled water
It is widely used in laboratories for producing distilled water. The quality of distilled water is up to
the standard of ’WFI’ in the ‘Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China'(2005).
It is made of high quality stainless steel, which is welded by argon arc welding.
It is included three parts: evaporator, condenser and electric unit.
The excess raw water, which is higher than the maximum level, is drained out automatically.
There is water proof cap in the coping’s center, it is avoided that the drop is entered into
the condenser, so it is avoided pollution of distilled water. Top cover is convenient to open
and clean. There is tap on the left side, which is drained the accumulated water at any time.
Condenser is knock-down, which is easy to clean. The shell and condenser is made of high quality
stainless steel.
The distilled water: It is produced by cooling the steam in the condenser tube. Then the preheated raw water is entered into the evaporator. So it is not only made full use of heat, accelerated the evaporation, but removed the impurity. So it is improved the quality of distilled water.
The heating part, which is assembled at the bottom of the evaporator, is composed with immersion heaters.
The heating parts are fully contacted with the raw water, which are immersed into the water. At the time of running, the heat, which is produced by heater can be fully used.
