Product Description
KSTY 100 aircraft are the latest development of my plants from a large-scale compression machine, it will suppress granular raw materials into a variety of general and special-shaped tablet, machine stress, can suppress the large-scale products, can also produce double-color films, three-color three-chip and corrosive materials, mainly applicable to chemical, food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy and other industrial sectors.
1. Machine external casing for the whole closed-form, material the use of stainless steel, the internal surface of stainless steel material, can keep the surface shiny and to prevent cross-contamination, dust flying, in line with the ISO requirements.
2. With a transparent observation window, can clearly see a set of compression machine work and can fully open.
3. Countertops concise, mold installation, light demolition, internal clean-up simple and convenient.
4. All electrical equipment used "PLC" programming control, all actions can be time-control, can achieve bi-directional repression, machines all imported hydraulic components, the key to the location of all mechanical and electrical dual control, all actions can be through the PLC to the best condition, this easy to operate, the machine performance is stable, secure and accurate.
5. Machinery hydraulic components in the machine itself, it is safe to the separation of independent components, damage to non-contact, non-polluting, easy to heat and wear resistant.
