1. Please don’t add in water or any other substances and don’t mix the product with any other glue.

2. The coating thickness shall be appropriate. Too thin a thickness cannot work normally. Please press tight after manually sealing. If it is required to be left for drying, the sealing shall be pressed no later than the adhesive remains still wet and is not completely dry. For mechanical sealing, as per the speed of box pasting machine, it is necessary to check the pressing and solidifying conditions after the pressing roll. In case of any opening, please adjust the machine speed or press down the opening or replace with products of higher drying speed.

3. Please keep the two adhesion surface in a good contact condition after coating and pressing above half hour.

4. It is necessary to make pilot test under equivalent conditions before batch production.

5. Check the adhesion condition 24 hours after box pasting. If the body destruction of paper is achieved, the quality will remain unchanged for a long time. If the body destruction of paper is not achieved, please check whether the operation process is appropriate or whether the adhesive is suitable to the current operation process.

6. Pay attention to some varnish, to test until it is qualified.
