Brief introduction:

812 cork adhesive is the NCO termination single composition environment-friendly and economical polyurethane adhesive. It's suitable for bonding cork floor, cork stopper, cork paper,cork brick, red wine bottle stopper, cork coaster and so on.

Characteristics:

1. Easy operation, suitable for room temperature curing or heat curing.
2. With no solvent, methanal releasing and free TDI. No any harmful matters release during operation process. It's green and environmental protection.
3. After curing, the product can keep the natural colour of cork, with no odour, non-toxicity and non-corrosion.
4. Good mobility and easy to stir equally with cork pellet.
5. Cork products made by it are featured by excllent moisture proof, water resistance, oil resistance and acid and alkali resisting protecting.
6. After curing, it features by strong binding strength, flexible and easy to cut into slices.

Storage and transportation:

Place it in aeration-drying storehouses, avoid sunshine. The validity period is half a year under -30°C-30°C. The product is easy to absorb mosition and go bad, so once open it, try to use it quickly or preserve.

Using method:

1. Adhesive : pieces of wood = 10-30:100. The smaller the pellet of pieces of wood, the more the quantity of adhesive.
2. Time of mould unloading: 30min-12hr.
3. Applying time: 2-4hr; applying time is affected by temperature and moisture. The higher of temperature and moisture, the shorter of applying time. The actual time of mould unloading is decided by customer's requirement.
4. Mould temperature: 50-100°C, the mould temperature changes by the thickness of products. The actual mould temperature is decided by customer's requirement.
