1,Characteristics:

The product is polybasic copolymer emulsion of acrylate.It is  characterized by  environmental friendliness, non-toxicity, flammable and non-explosive,excellent adhesion,convenient usage which can significantly reduce the  composite cost and shorten the customer's delivery cycle. It has high binding  strength for mutual compounding of plastic films such as BOPP, PE, PET, PVC,  and for aluminum-plastics compounding of CPP aluminized film, PET aluminized film and etc.

1. 3. Applying process and precautions

1). Shake the adhesive even and the applying quantity on dry base is generally  1.1-2.1g/m².

2). It is better to start compounding before complete drying of adhesive before  pressing. It's forbidden to start compounding before the glue on the film is dried. Excellent drying effect of high-speed dry laminating the film is dried. Excellent drying effect of high-speed dry laminating drying channels from the entrance to exit shall be controlled  at respectively between 80--90℃,90--105℃,85--95℃.The temperature should reach the set temperature before booting. On condition that no damage is caused to the compound, the higher the drying  channel temperature, compounding roll temperature and pressure, the better   binding force of the compounding product.

3). Place the product in a curing chamber at 50--60℃ between

4—12 hours before cutting.

4). The compounding basic materials such as PE,CPP,BOPP,PET,PA and etc need  surface processing which PE,BOPP,CPP must be above 38dynes,  PET above 50 dynes, PA above 52 dynes.

5). The types and content of film additives may affect the binding power of  compounding film, it's better to choose before using. Especially to control the  content of slipping agent for it is crucial in film.

6). The product shall not be mixed with other glues. Before using the network  cable roller, and glue plate must be clean, and must be strict Limit contact with  ethyl acetate, toluene and other solvents, coating porosity in case. It should clean with  isopropyl alcohol first, then reoccupy clear Water to clean. As previously used for solvent-based adhesive should be cleaned with ethyl acetate, and then isopropanol alcohol and  other cleaning, then rinse with water, and before Tim glue production.

7)Glue Usually without dilution for dilution may isopropanol: water = 1:1 or  ethanol:water=1:1 dilution.

8)It is required to lift the blade during shutoff and make the adhesive applying roll  slowly turn in the adhesive. Different machines, air temperatures or compounding materials may affect the compound quality.It’s necessary to make pilot test under  equivalent conditions before batch production.
