Product Introduction:

 W1 is a NCO-terminated single-component polyurethane adhesive ,mainly used for bonding a variety of PVC, BOPP, rubber, sponge, textiles and other materials. Has excellent adhesive properties, excellent weather resistance and water resistance which has a good adhesion to PVC, BOPP (≥38 dyne) and other low surface energy materials.This product provides a good initial positioning capabilities, esay to operate. Long-term temperature resistance above 120 ℃ after curing.This glue is the ideal alternative for neoprene-type all-purpose adhesive and SBS type glue.It can be widely used in many fields,such as decoration, automotive,artificial turf laying and etc.

Applying precautiones:

 1.The glued surface should be clean and free of grease and dust. If so, should be wiped clean with methyl ethyl ketone, toluene.

 2. The glue is applied with a brush on both surfaces of the adherend. Dry for 3 to 15 minutes (according to the amount of glue, temperature and permeability)

 3.To press the glued two sides hardly.Fully curing after 24 hours.Warping high stress material shall be 3-5 hours.

4. For gluing PVC material, if you want to achieve a higher peel strength, wipe the surface by available butanone or acetone firstly.

Storage requirements:

This product should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, transported and stored between -30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, valid for a period of six months. This product is easy to absorb moisture deterioration, once opened, should be used as soon as possible. If it can not be run out of timely, it should be immediately sealed and stored.
