Continuous chemical equipment fluid bed dryer

1.Principles
Cold air heats by the heater then goes into the bottom of fluid bed, passes through the distribution board contacts with the materials and make the material fluidization.
Mother liquor and binder are sent to the atomizer by the pressure pump separately, and atomized. The small droplet from the atomizer coating the surface of the fluidized particles, making the particles mutual bond together. The particles grow up as the continous process of fluidizing, coating and drying, and discharges from the fluidized bed discharge hole after reaching the required particle size.
The fine power coming from the process of fluidization and atomization reclaimed by cyclone, and re-enter the spray granulation fluidized bed drier as the core of new particles to achieve a balance. The waste air passes through the cyclone, drafted to the screen collecter by the fan, and then emptying.

2.Product Characteristics

(2)Organic: Chloride ether resin, 2 B acid, 4 B acid.
