Dry Sieve

 The machine is mainly used for cleaning out soil, sand attached on potatoes, and potato skin and so on.

Paddle Washer

The machine adopts principle of countercurrent washing to effectively clean out mud and sand.

Cutting Machine

The machine is widely used for cracking of big material.

Rasper 

Widely used in potato starch and cassava starch processing to crash and rasp the raw materials.

Centrifugue Sieve

Big capacity, low power consumption, stable operation, high starch extraction, high starch extraction and easily washing. Widely used for starch extraction in starch factory.

Drying system

Fully considered each factor of turbulent flow, cyclone separating and heat exchange. Used for cassava starch, sweet potato starch, potato starch, wheat starch, corn starch, drying.

Auto control system

Auto control system is composed of MCC cabinet, OCC control cabinet, PLC programmable cabinet, LCB on site control cabinet and industry control computer. 

All these controlling technology ensure the continuity, stability and reliability of starch production.

Auto-packing machine

Combine weigh and sew together. Weight of each bag can be set from the panel besides feeding outlet. High efficiency and accuracy.
