Working Principle:

While product design, ZZJH starch dryer had considered many dynamic factor in drying piping, for example: the air flow turbulent motion, cyclone separation and heat exchange etc.,

These consideration are reflected in process and parameter's allocation, like steam temperature in feed mouth and outlet, the feeder's location, feeding angle, and feeding speed; drying column diameter's pulse change etc. 

 In starch drying system, ZZJH adopt automatic control to control whole system performance. The controlled content has: to detect the difference of  moisture and temperature of material in feed inlet and outlet, to automatic adjust the starch feed quantity and steam feed quantity to ensure the final product moisture stable.
