Dedust system

When it begins to produce the smoke, it gets through the desulfurization deduster, water film cyclone, and bag dedust to remove the smoke and dust. It gets no smell.

Impurities removing system

There are two devices for removing the impurities from the oil gas ,one is gas separate tank ,The other is depositing tank.

Cooling system

The cooling pool---new design, makes up of 10 pipes, 6m for each, diameter is 219mm each, when the oil gas gets into it, it runs as "S" type, and the whole journey is about 60m, 45 sq.m totally.Thus increases the oil yeild rate.

Waste gas recycling system

It can recycle the waster gas no pollution

Oil gas output system

When the temperature gets to some degree, the oil gas comes out. Then it runs into the gas seperate,  the depositing tank, for removing the wastes.

Carbon black discharging system

The carbon black is coming out automatic,there also has a screw conveyor for removing the carbon black
