General Introduction:

The blast freezer is assembled with super freezing system which can help the center of the gelato to reach the scope of the user’s requirement in order to prevent the bacterial growth to keep the original organization construction and the freshness of the stored food.  

It is allocated with the French Tecumseh compressor cooling system and Denmark Danfoss expansion valve, etc.

The warranty period of the whole machine is 1 year.

We supply the models with capacity 26 liter, 145 liter, 221 liter, 610L, 784 liter, 830L, 1420L.

Features:

1. The whole machine is controlled by the computer intelligent system with super huge LCD screen. The machine operating status is shown in the graphics whose interface can reflect the communication between the operator and the machine. The preference was protected by the password which can prevent the operation by mistake.

2. Dual working modes of time and temperature have nice performance of heat insulation.

3. Output is adopted the low noise and undisturbed technology.

4. Adoption of the entire high density foaming and total closed construction has perfect heat insulation function, saves the energy and protect the environment.

5. Superior freezing ability prevent the ice crystal among the process of temperature fall period

6. Adpoting the UFI approved environmental-friendly refrigerant R404A.
