FAQ

1. How to purchase our goods?

A. Sending us an email with your request, (part number, color, quantity, etc), we will send you price list or PI with delivery cost for confirmation.

B. Once you confirmed every details of the PI, you can sign back to us and wire the payment, once we get the bank bill, will arrange the production.

C. It will take days for production for different kinds of products; we will send the goods to our clients by appointed shipping method...

2.. Warranty Terms (At least 3 years)

A. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product has a failure occurring under normal usage within warranty period, GLLITTER will provide free maintenance service based on the proof-documents and invoice (copy) of failure product.

B. GLLITTER will provide paid maintenance service by under conditions within warranty.

a. Failure or damage due to force majeure.

b. Failure or damage due to transport or unloading.

c. Failure or damage due to incorrectly usage or fail to comply with the User's Guide and Caution.

d. Failure or damage due to demolition, repair, alteration without Manufacturer's authorization.

C. Please deliver the failure product by original packing for maintenance service, GLLITTER will not responsible for any failure or damage in transportation if customer uses non-original packing or improper packing.

D. GLLITTER reserves the right for final explanation of aforesaid terms.
