The top roller is fixed.

Two bottom rolls move up and down with arc-line by revolving around a fixed gyration centre.

The work piece can be taken out under any condition when working rolls unloose the plate.

Work pieces always clamped during bending so that they won't slide.

The machine is symmetrical plate bending machine for shipyard in cold working, which is special for the bending, pressing of plates. The machine can bend cycle work pieces and tapered arc work pieces. Dies can be added between top roller and bottom rollers to press corrugation work piece. It has the similar function with press brake.

Its basic structure is two bottom rollers are fixed and symmetrically arranged corresponding to the top roller. Both of the bottom rollers are drive rollers, which rotates by motor, gear box and distributor case. The top roller is passive roller whose lifting is hydraulic transmission and the lifting displacement is calculated and controlled by computer, which can self levels and displays on screen, and the synchronisms is ±0.2mm. The displacement is displayed by LCD, which is convenient for operation.

The machine consists of pedestal, framework, connected beam, moving beam, working rollers, supporting rollers, screw down cylinder, main transmission system, hydraulic system and electric system etc.
