Main working process introduction

Cleaning process: use magnetic selector to remove iron impurity, vibration cleaning sieve to remove straw, and gravity stoner to remove stones, bricks and other impurities. The dedusting system uses single union cyclone and centrifugal fan to remove dust effectively, so as to to ensure workshop hygiene and clear light impurities.

Crushing Process: In order to ensure good softening and flaking effect, soy is generally broken up uniformly to 5~6 flakes and water distribute uniformly during softening, and flakes is thin and burliness.

Extrusion process: Adopting the bulking machine can both improve the yield of rice bran oil and reduce the consumption. The extrusion puffing, on the one hand, can make solution lipase in the rice bran passivated under high temperature and high pressure condition,then prevent the rice bran oil rancidity; On the other hand, the extrusion puffing can make rice bran be porous material grain, and increases the materials bulk density, then improve the permeability and leaching rate which solvent reacts to the material.
Flaking process: Our hydraulic compact roller flaker can better damage the oil material cell to ensure thin and uniform flake, with high toughness and small powder.
