Palm oil pretreating

Oilseed processing technology includes oilseed storage, drying, preliminary cleaning, pre-treatment, pre-pressing and extraction. Each processing unit can be controlled individually or be chained together to ensure the production is normal and stable. Palm oil extraction

The extractor is driven by chains. New structures designed ensures less power consumption, less maintenance cost and no noise. Rotation speed of host machine can be adjusted automatically according to the incoming oilseed quantity to ensure that the bin level is stable. This will do good to form micro negative-pressure in the extractor and reduce the leakage.

Miscella circulation process is improved to reduce solvent use, solvent residue in meal and increase miscella concentration. Energy is saved through reducing the evaporation quantity.

The main extraction way is filtration. Once turnover is designed at the bending part to reduce extraction corner.

Palm Oil refining

Oil refining is according to the difference of oil and the impurities in the physical and chemical properties , separate the grease and  impurity by some technical ways, in order to improve the oil edible, storage stability and safety process. Oil refining process is divided into chemical refining and physical refining.

1.Continuous alkali refining shortens contact time between oil and lye,reduces greasesaponification,

   lowers refining consumption,and improves efficiency.

2.Decolorization adopts technology of combining premixing and steam mixing

    bleaching,which improves bleaching efficiency,saves consumption of bleaching clay,and    

   it's simple and convenient to operate;and negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the  

   air from contacting with hot oil,thereby ensuring oil product quality,inhibiting acid value to

   rise again,and lowering peroxide value.

3.Deodorization adopts new type continuous deodorization equipment which is  

   applicable for deacidification and deodorization of plant oil with high acid value and  

   low-resin content,the actual production proves its most obvious advantages are strong  

   deacidification ability,excellent hot bleaching effect,high refining rate,good oil quality and so on

4.The process has multiple heat exchange,which makes full use of the heat energy  

   system,effectively reduces steam consumption,and also has the advantages of adjustable  

   production process,flexible operation,high automatic degree,environment sanitation and so on
