1.Small pellet production line is especially for home use or facotry to do trail experiment .the small unite is organized by hammer mill +screw conveyor + pellet machine .it can press 2-8mm diameter biomass fuel pellet ,animal feed pellet and fertilizer pellets .the last pellet length can be adjusted.

2.small pellet production line can press raw materials from biomass waste or animal feed materials or fertilizer materials , biomass waste from sawdust,rice husk, agricultural stalk,straw,peanut shell,sun flower,paper,plastic, animal feed materials such as grain, soybean,maize, fertilizer materials such as animal manure and plant waste e. c. t

3.Small pellet production line key pellet machine inside flat die got national patent ,which has the unique advantages to enlarge the flat die diameter , so roller assemble and bearings are both enlarged , then the parts can bear more pressure than ring die pellet machine. Ring die pellet machine ring die is limited by its diameter , can not produce large pressure. especially for high crude fiber biomass,must need high pressure to press them into good pellets,  So flat die pellet machine is more fit for biomass materials 

4. Small pellet production line can make biomass pellets as burning fuel and make animal feed pellet, fertilizer pellets for farm use , the engine can be changed into both diesel and electric motor or work connect with tractor PTO. Very convenient to operate.
