Chapter 2:Introduction to XGJ pellet mill/machine

1).Summary

XGJ series efficient centrifugal pellet mill is our main product which has adopted the most advanced

 vertical ring die structure concept. The heart parts “double layer die” are made of high wearable stainless

 steel. Through many technical experts’ hard work, our company has developed this typical patent product which 

comes forth firstly in domestic market. The new machine has filled the country blank in vertical feeding for ring 

die pellet mill and reached the international advanced level. This product is mainly applicable for difficult molding 

materials with low adhesion rate, for example rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; branch, stem, 

bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks; rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials. It can be used 

in wood processing plants, fuel plants, chemical plants etc.Since it requires less investment and yield quicker result

1. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine adopts the advantages both of common ring die pellet machine and flat die pellet 

machine,rollers moving, die stable,producing much larger pressure between rollers and die , which can press very 

low adhesion biomass waste into good quality pellets .

2. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine can adjust pressure between rollers and die automatically to fit for different materials 

pressure ration.No need to adjust it by hand.very easy to operate

3.XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine contains full automatically lubricate oil system , which can lubricate spare parts-- rollers, 

shaft ,gears, bearings automatically,no need to add any oil within two months .

4.XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine has one set cooling system for pelleting room,lowering the the temperature of rollers 

bearing greatly,lengthening the lifetime of bearing.

5. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine adoptsvertical feeding materials,which can feed materials vertically directly into pelletizing 

room,but traditional horizontal ring die pellet machinecan only feed materials from machine side which always need a special 

material pusher to help feeding. 

6. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine ring die has two layers , when it works, only bottom die layer works , so when bottom layer is broken ,

turn over it and making top layer to bottom,then it can work again . So one die can use two times .also the top and bottom layer hole 

can be different , one die can press two different diameter pellets .
