1.Introduction

The machine is a kind of three-roller machine with liquid pressure for all-purposes. It can shape steel board into cylinder, U model etc.

The upper roller may move vertically or horizontally.

3. Main structure

The main structures include upper roller device, vertically movement device for upper roller, down roller device, horizontally movement device for upper roller, supporting roller device, initiative running device, overturn device, machine frames the left and right, bottom base frame

axletree

3-1 upper roller device include key oil box, base frame for upper roller, adjustable axletree on both sides for upper rollers, etc.

Main oil box and piston pole belong to 45# forged parts, inter surface of box polish, the surface of piston pole plated by Cr. Pressurized loop choose Yx type from Japan. The pressure of material shape is from cavity work without pole. Piston pole of main oil box connect with axletree from of upper roller .the main oil piston work under pressure of 19.5Mpa

The upper roller is designed as drum shape. Normally utilize 0.7 load of upper roller to mend deform degree .The hardness disposal of roller include two steps: firstly harden

On the both side of upper rollers, install two rows and two lines adjustable axletree

3-2 the movement device vertically for upper roller

Directly drive with double oil boxes and the highest pressure for work reach 19.5Mpa. There are two roll axletrees on both sides of upper rollers. The base frame of these roll axletrees may move vertically with the help of removable piston pole along the trace of kickstand guide. The displacement transducer installed on both sides of the axletrees, so that the quantity display can show movement distance of upper rollers

3-3 the device for down rollers and the movement device horizontally

The device for the down rollers include down rollers, axletree frame of down rollers, gears for down roller drive, the base frame of sliding bearings for down rollers, etc. The key initiative gear drive the input gear which drive the upper rollers.

3-4 the devices of supporting rollers

The devices of supporting rollers include thread pole, thread venter and the supporting rollers, etc . The supporting roller may adjust height vertically according to the specification of material to be rolled.

3-5 initiative- drive device

The initiative-drive device include initiative electric machine, slowdown machine. The initiative-drive device may roll in the positive and negative direction in order to offer power for material roll.

3-6 overturn device

The overturn device include a liquid-pressure box and joint pole structure, which drive the base frame of the axletree for the upper roller to overturn or combine again. All power of oil box is from the automatic power station with liquid pressure.

3-7 the balance device for upper roller

Fix the upper roller at the height position by pressing the tail position of upper roller. So the upper rollers keep balance by supporting of the base frame of the axletree and pressure of the balance pole. Then the overturn axletree can overturn or combine again. The upper roller move to the highest position inspected by distance switch

4 .liquid-pressure system

The liquid-pressure system include oil pump, group valve and pipeline, etc.

The press valves choose the series of Taiwan (valves). The pipeline layout is succinctness. Maintenance and adjustment are convenient. The system include three kinds of loops: pressure adjustment loop, synchronization loop, speed loop. The pressure adjustment loop perform system work pressure by main overflow valve. The system pressure reach 19.5Mpa.

Synchronization loop perform the upward and downward of the upper roller at the same with upward and downward speed adjusted by period electric current

5. Electric control system

The electric control system of equipment include electric control box, operation button control board and hand carry button box. Dynamic power: 380/50HZ. The main switch has the function of short circuit avoidance and over loading of main electric machine avoidance. The running exchange of electric machine in the positive and negative direction is controlled by intercommunion instrument of alternation current. The control circuit adopts PLC control which power is more creditable and life is longer. The upper roller move horizontally and vertically by the control of transducer inspection and touch display. The transducer can set random operation point for convenient mass production. The operation is convenient for efficiency improvement. At the same time there is automatic inspection function to avoid any mistake. So there is wrong record. The operation steps are all shown on the display.
