 Step one:

cut the waste tyre into 3-5CM glue pieces. 

Waste tire pretreating system includes Ring cutter, Loop machine, strip cutter and block cutter.

Rubber powder treatment system includes rubber crusher, Main conveyor, Small conveyor, Double-deck magnetic separator, Single-deck Magnetic, Main vibrating sieve, Small vibrating sieve and Fiber Processing Equipment.

The machine adopts airflow separation principal,  It is able to efficiently separate minor fiber from the rubber granules.

Of course, If you only have steel tires,  So You will not need to buy this machine, because steel tire have not nylon fiber
