1.Service Conditions

This product is suitable for the welding machine whose voltage to the ground is not more than 200V and pulsating current value is 400V.

2.Characteristics

1. Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U: 450/750V, 300/500V and 300/300V.

2. Maximum permitted operating temperature of conductor is 60°C.

3. Permitted lowest working temperature is -35°C.

4. Cables can be used at places contaminated by mineral oil and fuel oil.

5. D>25mm

The minimum bending radius is over 6 times of cable diameter.

D≤25mm

The minimum bending radius is over 4 times of cable diameter.

Note

Max continuous operating conductor temperature in normal use:

+60℃(in every case of mobile installation)

+85℃(fixed protected installation)

+200℃(in short circuit)

Permissible current rating is measured for an ambient temperature of 30℃ and a maximum operating and conductor temperature of 85℃. For other temperature please refer to correction factors.
