Advantages:

 

1. Rotation speeds of all spindles are stepless adjustment realized by frequency converter, feeding speed is also stepless adjustment realized by flow control valves. Rapid feed, working feed and rapid back of drilling spindles can be automatically converted.
2. There is a marking unit in the drilling line, Marking stadia can be present conveniently.
3. Hydraulic system serves for marking, pressing of workpiece, drilling feed. All main components are of imported from abroad. Cooling system with automatic circling is adopted to prolong the life of drills.
4. Control system includes many units, such as host computer, CNC system, AC servo motor, PLC, monitoring switch for outside etc. Machining program can be generated automatically. In computer as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece, which can be conveniently stored, called up, displayed and communicated according to different workpieces.
