Brief description:

H-beam auto-assembly machine is a kind of H-beam full-automatic assembly equipment based on 

extensive market. Positioning of flange and web is adopted with hydraulic transmission, both sides 

clamped and aligned mechanically, ensuring precise positioning of web and flange of different width within specified range. Automatic alignment is accurate, no need to adjust every time.

Main Features: 
1, Equipment structure types:Machinery stationary, workpiece automatic through; 
2, Applicable workpiece specifications:Web height:200-2000MM; 
Flange width:200-800MM;Length:4000-15000MM; 
3, Clamping way:Web and flange automatic clamping; 
4, Hydraulic system:With the pressure keep and time delay; 
5, Main drive control:AC motor + cycloidal reducer; 
6, Adopt imported technology of frequency converter to AC frequency convertor centralizes and locates the web and flange, and realize automatic working; 
7, CO2 gas shield welding or manual welding is optional for user.   

Supply scope: 

1,The main structure: main frame, upper gate frame, synchronous clamping and centralizing system 

of web and flange, main transmission motor reducer.

2,Inlet table roller system: active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets, tension rod: 3 sets. 

3,Outlet table roller system: active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets.

4,Hydraulic system: oil bump station, high pressure rubber pipe, and hydraulic cylinder. 

5,Electric control system: electric cabinet, AC frequency converter and etc.

6,Clamping system:web and flange automatic clamping;

7,CO2 gas shield welding or manual welding are optional for user.

Assembling machine:(Structure Principle) 

(1)Host machine:Including Main drive roller bearing power components, the door frame device, clamping device of web, wing powder compact device, hydraulic alignment device, etc. 

(2)the pull rodof the system:On the bar system mainly includes:Pull rod box, rod oil cylinder, pull rod.When not set of wing, web transmission into the machine, the wings, not in the required position precision, web and web need support at this time.Rod for the system is able to wing, web preliminary positioning and its process are respectively, by the surface tension in the oil cylinder and the web of the tensioning oil cylinder control.Pull rod box by pull rod connected between each other. 

(3)Input roller:Input of raceway is mainly with the input process of hbeam, it consists of, passive and active raceway groove, the arrangement and the spacing between rolling suitcase. 

(4)Output roller:Output of raceway is mainly with the output process of hbeam, it consists of, passive and active raceway groove 

(5)Hydraulic system assembly:Hydraulic system mainly includes:Hydraulic pump station, the main pressure cylinder, wing plate positioning cylinder, web positioning cylinder, wing powder tight oil cylinder (3pcs), web clamping cylinder (2pcs), rubber hose, oil pipe, seamless steel pipe.
