Used for scrubbing stains and traces on the screen glass of mobliephone, tablet PC, toplap PC after processing on clean room.
Technical characters:
Eight working stations of turntable with uninterrupted loading and unloading, the efficiency of scrubbing is 4 to 5 times than manual labor. And, to assemble loading and unloading system to realize full auto scrubbing.
Auto spraying system.
Revolution scrubbing without rotation, to simulate human’s action.
Auto replacing scrubbing non-dust cloth timely.
Auto turn over the glass device.
Scrubbing double side simultaneously
All actions at the same time to save scrubbing time.
Our company has modern production workshop, Complex efficient grinding Laboratory , Computer Design Studio , has a variety of testing instruments and equipment over 30 sets of experimental facilities , a variety of processing equipment over 60 sets .
1.Fumigated wooden packages with IPPC stamp.

The R&D team has about over 50 engineers, occupied 20% of total staffs. Includes 19 SenierMechanical engineers( 4with doctor’s degree,8 with master’s degree),7 Senierelectrical engineers,5 CNC soft engineers
