It is mainly applied to grinding the camshaft of engines in the automobile, motorcycle and other internal combustion.

Technical characters:
Improved on the basis of former simple numerical control and three-coordinate camshaft grinder. It combines the profile grinding, the CBN wheel and numerical control to get high power grinding for the CBN wheel. Its processing efficiency is much higher than conventional one 4 - 5 times, and of better stability, easier maintenance and higher automatization, taking the lead position in Chinese market.
1. Adopt standard numerical controlsystem, four axes control.
2. Adopt electric spindle which issupported by hydro-dynamic-static hybrid bearings with high rigidity and precision.
3. Slide for wheelhead uses wearable plastic with static pressure unloading effect.
4. Adopt CBN wheel grinding. Dressing system adopts roller diamond driven by electric spindle.
