Lituo Fecal Occult Blood diagnostic test is a rapid, convenient qualitative double-antibody sandwich immunoassay for hemoglobin detection in human stool samples with a high degree of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. It enables simple one-step tests to detect subtle bleeding in digestive tract without interference with food, vitamin and iron reagent.

Fecal occult blood(FOB) refers to blood in the feces that is not visibly apparent. It usually associated with gastrointestinal syndromes such as colorectal cancer and gastric cancer.Due to the damage by digestion, erythrocytes are unable to be discerned microscopically and therefore detection of hemoglobin in stool samples are applied to detect subtle bleeding in digestive tract.
1. Sampling.
2. Adding 5-10g feces to diluent.
3. Shaking up.
4. Adding 2-3 drops diluted sample on test card.
