Product Operation Instruction:

1. Install this product on the wall, pls check the install instruction diagram followed.

2. After install it with fan, we can use the remote control to control the fan speed and timing, and wide type, and so on.

3. ON/OFF KEY: Push this key to run the air fan at speed 1 (high speed). Push it again to stop the fan.

4. FAN SPEED KEY:

Push the switch to turn on the unit, and the speed lamp 1 will light up in red, the fan starts running at speed 1 (high speed);

Push the same switch again, and the speed lamp 2 will light us in red, the fan starts running at speed 2;

Push the same switch again, and the speed lamp 3 will light up in red, the fan starts running at speed 3.

Push the same switch again, and the speed lamp 4 will light up in red, the san starts running at speed 4 (low speed);

Push the same switch again, and the speed lamps will turn off, the san stop running.

5. TIME SET KEY:

Allows to set the on/off time. For example, the 1-hour lamp lighting-up is to time the unit to turn off in 1 hour. The 2-hour lamp lighting-up is to time the unit to turn off in 2 hours. The 1, 2-hour lamp lighting-up is to time the unit to turn off in 3 hours. Max timing is for 7 hours.

6. MODE KEY: Allows to select natural- type wind, and normal- type wind. Setting the natural- type, the wind speed lamps will indicate alternatively and the fan runs to blow a simulated natural wind.

1) If the defective rate more than 2%, we could afford all the fee to exchange new goods, it includes the charge to send the goods back by DHL, Fedex, TNT express or similar special courier, the cost of new goods and the charge to delivery customer again by express. Another cost-effective measurement, it is  to make more quantity and send the goods together with next shipment to compensate the loss of customer.

2) If the defective rate between 1%-2%(include 2%), we will priority to conside to make more quantity and send the goods together with next shipment.

3) If the defective rate under 1%, we will not afford the fee to exchange new goods, but also will be responsible for fixing the products well and afford the fee caused by fixing.

We need customer to provide us clear photos of defective products, this is neccessary. Please attention that during the transportation, don't press our carton heavily, especially for AC products, though our carton is durable and there is inner box, but generally the weight per carton is not more than 12kg, it is light weight goods. 

All the products will be done 100% testing and make sure it is in good quality before final packing and shipment, it has absolutely insurance.
