Introduciton

The WLZL series organic fertilizer granulator is our latest innovation which have been patented by the National Patent office. 

The WLZL adopt special granulating theory,which is low consumption but high efficiency. 

Working Theory

The inner rotor of WLZL series organic fertilizer granulator rotate centrifugally with high speed,when it working.

At the same time the powder material is fed into the inner rotor by the frequency screw automatically. 

Under the action of centrifugal force,the powder material rotate centrifugally with high speed in the cylinder

 creating enormous friction and high temperature,in which condition 

the organic powder material will have adhesiveness and be formed to ball shape.  

Main characteristics

1. WLZL Organic fertilizer granulator adopts special shaping and granulating theory, no need die pelletizing, 

so the processing cost is low and efficiency is high. 

2. The final granule produced by WLZL Organic fertilizer granulator have smooth surface,high uniform size,good fluidity,high density etc.

3. The temperature reach to 60-100 °C in the granulating cylinder when the WLZL granulator working,which will reducing the drying cost greatly.

4.The formation rate of WLZL granulator >95%,which have been approved by ISO9001 and other authorities .

5.The using cost of WLZL fertilizer granulator is very low compare to other die pelletizing granulator.

Working condition

 1.The material should be powder shape whose size not excess 5mm.

 2.The suitable moisture content of material is 30-40%.
