The Interlocking Brick Machine can produce blocks of load-bearing and the blocks of non-load-bearing. By the change of the mold, it can produce hollow brick, porous bricks, etc.

Mixer: The mixer is included in the host machine.

Control System: Adopt intelligent programmable logic controller (PLC) and high performance touch screen. Realize the man-machine conversation and fully automatic intelligent operation. 

High Efficient Vibration System: Adopt intelligent control and synchronous vertical vibration techniques. Bricks formed by synchronous vibrations of press head and mould table, which makes the forming speed faster and the bricks denser.

Machinery Manufacturing:  Made of high strength steels according to the national standard. Special welding techniques and advanced mechanical working processes bring high precision, durable and a long service life. 

Transmission System: Adopted with mechanical transmission and two pillars oriented. Simple and compact structure brings it stable and consecutive actions and easy to be maintained. 

Feeding System: Adopt the forced advanced rotating arch breaker. It is suitable for various materials, and the process is uniform and quick.

(6) Raw Materials of Interlocking Brick Machine

The Interlocking Brick Machine can adopt the following raw materials for producing. 

1. Cement: 10%~20%;

2. Sand: 30~40%;

3. Crushed Stone (<5cm): 30~40%;

4. Fly Ash or Additive: ~10%

5. Construction Refuse or Mineral Slags (optional)

Delivery : generally 35-50 working days after advanced payment. 

Packing: To avoid any damages during the transportation, all the key parts of machine will be protect by the wooden box.
